International Commercial Sourcing Guidelines
Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) are standard contract templates defining liability and transport duties between buyers and suppliers. In our marketplace, listings are priced under specific incoterms. Here are the most commonly used commercial terms:
Supplier is responsible for bringing products to the port of loading and clearing customs. Once loaded on the cargo vessel, liability transfers to the buyer.
Supplier pays for freight shipping and basic insurance up to the target port. The buyer handles custom clearance and local inland transport.
Supplier makes items available at their factory floor. The buyer handles entire transportation, ocean cargo loading, and import customs.
Our sales and logistics desks can coordinate bespoke CIF/DDP quotes for high-volume transactions to guarantee worry-free delivery.
