How do I register as a Supplier?

Visit the Portal Registration page, select **Supplier**, and input your factory name, tax details (GST ID), and categories. Once registered, our manager will verify your KYC details within 1-2 hours to activate listing capabilities.

Why are buyer contact details locked for suppliers?

To prevent spam, B2B trade leads are masked for suppliers on the Free plan. To unlock all live buyer contact info, you can upgrade to the **Yearly Gold Package** through your dashboard.

How do I post a Buy Requirement?

Buyers can register for free, navigate to the **Sourcing Demands** dashboard, and fill out a demand form. Once submitted, it appears on the Live Ticker, and verified gold suppliers will pitch quotations directly.

How can I contact Tech Support?

Logged-in users can file support tickets on their dashboard. Our tech support desk resolves queries within 24 hours.
